Frances Kelly | Legal Executive

Divorce and family lawyer Frances Kelly joined our Family Law Department in 1996 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.

Whilst Fran has her own caseload, consisting mainly of divorce and related financial matters, she also works closely with other members of the Family Law team, and is involved with Children Act issues including residence/contact matters, and applications for permission to take children to live abroad.

She is an active member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and has held office with her local branch.

Fran now lives in the Home Counties with her husband, and enjoys holidaying abroad, reading and is a self-confessed shopaholic.
